If you know me, and let's face it, since you're reading this you probably do, you know that Balloon Fiesta is my VERY FAVORITE thing. It's the closest thing to real magic that I've ever seen. The crisp air, the swirl of colors, the joy of seeing balloons all around and above you. MY VERY FAVORITE THING. And this year was possibly the best mass ascension we've ever seen. It was truly breathtaking.
And this year was Dane's first Fiesta. Like everything else, he was pretty mellow about it.

ReplyDeleteThat's why I wanted to get married in October, because of the magic of the fall weather and the balloons. Unfortunately for me I don't live in Alb anymore, so October isn't quite as magical.
